1. Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return if the delivered device differs from its listed grade, suffers hardware defects unmentioned in the inspection checklist, or fails during the initial 7-day window.

2. Doorstep Inspection Guarantee

Upon delivery, you have the right to unpack and inspect the device in front of the delivery agent before finalizing acceptance.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 24–48 hours back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Mobile Wallet, or Card).
